Felicia Balzano recently purchased Southwind Farm and is thrilled to introduce the new facility as “Rainbow Rooster Farm at Southwind”. Felicia has a long Maryland history teaching lessons and managing Woodland Horse Center previously and coaching both their dressage and event teams. In her time away from Maryland, she rode under Hilda Gurney in California and refined her dressage skills. She is now offering both lessons and training out of the facility as well as boarding. She also has plans to update the facility with new footing in all arenas, update watering systems throughout the property and continue top notch care.
